Heyco (UK) Limited公司成立于1967年，作为美国新泽西州Heyco (www.heyco.com)在英国的独立分销商开始业务，从那时起，Heyco (UK) Limited在业界建立起了良好的声誉，成为一流的'C'类零部件供应商服务于全球市场，并开发出范围超过10,000个全面和多样化的高质量产品系列。
通过与我们的供应商建立了密切的关系使我们的产品和服务质量达到很高的层次。
2000年9月，Heyco (UK) Limited公司被Walters Hexagon Group收购，不久后搬迁到目前的地址并建立了20000平方英尺的欧洲分销中心。
2003年9月，Walters Hexagon Group包括Heyco Limited被艾利斯特(Anixter )集团收购，并于2005年Heyco Limited更名为艾利斯特零部件事业部(Anixter Component Solutions)，进一步加强与Anixter的集团的业务合作。
2015年5月, 艾利斯特(Anixter )集团将OEM Supply – Fasteners业务部门出售给美国私人投资公司AIP (American Industrial Partners)，作为OEM Supply – Fasteners业务部门的一部分艾利斯特零部件事业部(Anixter Component Solutions)也一并被出售，成为一个新独立的组织- Optimas Solutions公司，其中,我们非常自豪能够成为其零部件事业部(Components Division)。
安普达 – 零部件事业部(中国)
2010年6月，艾利斯特零部件事业部(Anixter Components Solutions)进入中国。
2011年8月，艾利斯特零部件事业部(Anixter Components Solutions)开始进行国内销售，以海量库存、快速报价和交付于业界闻名，并成为众多品牌在亚太区首选的分销商，如Heyco, TST, ETCO等等。
2015年8月，随着OEM Supply – Fasteners业务部门的出售给美国AIP私人股本公司，艾利斯特零部件事业部(Anixter Component Solutions)作为独立的品牌在国内更名为安普达零部件事业部(Optimas - Components Division)继续其在国内的业务。
OPTIMAS SOLUTIONS - COMPONENTS DIVISION
In 1967, a company called Heyco Limited started trading as the exclusive UK distributor for Heyco Inc (Jersey, USA). Since then, Heyco has built up its reputation to become a first class supplier for 'C' class plastic components servicing a global market, and has developed a comprehensive and diverse range of quality parts with over 10,000 product lines.This breadth of products and quality of service has been achieved through a close relationship with our suppliers.
In September 2000, Heyco Ltd was acquired by the Walters Hexagon Group, and shortly after relocated to a purpose built state-of-the-art 20,000 sq.ft European Distribution Centre.
In September 2003, the Group including Heyco Ltd was acquired by Anixter International, and in 2005, Heyco Ltd changed its name to Anixter Components, further strengthening the alliance with the Anixter Group.
In May 2015 Anixter International Inc. sold its OEM Supply - Fasteners business, of which we were a part, to American Industrial Partners (AIP) and a new standalone, independent organisation was formed - called Optimas Solutions, of which we are proud to be the Components Division.
Optimas – Components (China) Division
In June 2010, Anixter Component Solutions started the business in China.
In August 2011, Anixter Component Solutions started its sales in China, soon later, build up its reputations for massive stocks, quick quotation and delivery in the distribution industry, and became the top one authorized distributors of various branded manufacturers, like Heyco, TST, ETCO and etc.
In August 2015, Anixter International Inc. sold its OEM Supply-Fasteners segment including Components division to American Industrial Partners, as part of the global transaction, Anixter Components in China became an independent division under the new entity of Optimas (Suzhou) Trading Co., Ltd, and operate the business as Optimas-Components Division.
